Bottom entry toilet valve
This valve kept on flowing, so it was constantly trickling over the overflow, annoying, and over time, it can be costly if you`re on a water meter.
As usual like for like with a slight upgrade and more modern!
Removed existing faulty inlet valve and isolated water supply. Installed new high-quality toilet fill valve, ensuring correct washer placement and secure fixing. Reconnected water supply, adjusted float to manufacturer’s specifications, and set correct water level below overflow.
Fixed a leak from weak joint
Fully tested for leaks and operation.
Left system functioning efficiently and watertight.

Sink plug and isolator valve installed
The old plug kept sticking, so we swapped it out for a modern like for like, and un blocked the pipe, then installed an isolator valve.
A water isolation valve is a shutoff valve installed on a water pipe to control flow to a specific fixture, toilet, sink, washing machine, allowing you to stop water to just that one spot for repairs or maintenance without shutting off the whole house`s supply.
They act like mini stopcocks, I normally install one if there isnt, making DIY jobs much easier and preventing large-scale water disruption in the future.
Ps - I`m not a plumber, so don`t blame me when your house ends up like a scene out of Jean Claude van damme, kick boxer!
